Our established construction company is offering 10% - 15% commission with every project referred to us. (Minimum $200) Should be an easy gig for real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, etc. Make substantial extra $$$ in addition to your real estate commission. You refer or recommend us, we estimate and close on the projet, you get your commission, and we do it again! We hope to establish long and fruitful business relationships.
We do all phases of Interior & Exterior, Commercial & Residential Construction & Renovation (no handyman work):
• Kitchens/Baths
• Full Apartments/Lofts/Penthouses
• Store Fronts, Bars, Lounges
• Retail, Hospitality and Commercial Projects
• Building Construction & Rehab
• Maintenance Contracts
• Flooring installation and refinishing (minimum job $1500)
• Tile installation (minimum job $1500)
• Plumbing (minimum job $1500)
• Electrical (minimum job $1500)

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. (Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Construction Superintendent, Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, Licensed Plumber and Electrician).
In addition to many references, we can supply GC number of any of our partners to view the types of projects we have a track record for at the Department of Buildings. We guarantee highest quality standards and understand we are only as good as our work. Several ongoing projects available for viewing. All Plumbing and Electrical work Performed by Master Plumbers and Electricians.
